Every Sunday at 5pm - 6pm enjoy a well-earned vibrant yet relaxing yoga session in the beautiful setting of Rookery Meadow with a flowing vinyasa yoga class. Focus on your breath, enjoy gentle stretches, flowing movement, and finish with a restorative savasana as the day draws to a close. Suitable for all including beginners. During autumn/ winter or when the weather is poor, this class will move indoors to the farmhouse studio.
At 7pm-8pm on selected Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the beautiful setting of Rookery Meadow. Classes begin with breath work, moving into vinyasa yoga where postures are linked together with flowing transitions. We will work towards a different balance each week, and flow back to the ground for a well-earned relaxation. Suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and mobility. In poor weather/ winter this class moves into the farmhouse studio.
Restorative yoga is a peaceful, healing practice consisting of a small number of postures each held for several minutes. In each position, the body is supported by an abundance of props, enabling you to completely release and let go of tensions or unease in mind and body. The support and comfort of the poses allows the mind to quieten, calm and settle and for the body and mind to find the space and support it needs to realign. It is a great way to balance out an active or stressful lifestyle, leaving you feeling renewed, restored, and refreshed. The practice is suitable for all. Retreat into the farmhouse studio on Sundays and selected Tuesdays and Wednesdays to enjoy a following yoga class in Suffolk. As much as we'd love to practice outside all year round, the changable weather means that yoga classes in autumn/winter and on wet/cold days in spring and summer move into the comfort of the indoors. Join me on Sundays at 5pm and selected Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7pm for a flowing vinyasa yoga class moving through breathwork, strengthening flows, and revitalising relaxation. The studio is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your yoga class, including mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters and eye pillows. Each session lasts an hour and is suitable for all.
